Purchases made online through PlaySeasons.com can be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and unwashed—along with all original tags and packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will be liable for any applicable fees, and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns sent back without prior notification. The addresses listed on the package are not valid return addresses. Packages returned without authorization from our customer service will not be eligible for a refund. We also do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) for returned items, and the shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

You can request a return, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and items must be in their original state and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

Step 1: Send an email to our customer service at Service@PlaySeasons.com to request a return.

Step 2: Once your return request has been processed, our customer service team will send you instructions on how to proceed. Please follow the given instructions to complete your return.

Step 3: Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be processed within one week. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced. If your order is canceled, we will provide a full refund, which will be processed within 7 days.

Cancellations are not accepted once the product has been shipped.

Refund Guidelines:

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the return is accepted. Only brand-new items are eligible for a refund. Refunds do not apply to:

  1. Accidental damage
  2. Incorrect handling or care
  3. Regular wear and tear
  4. Fading or material breakdown due to sunlight exposure
  5. Any changes after purchase
  6. Items damaged by water
  7. Products that show signs of aging or inferior quality

For a faster resolution, please include a photo of the damaged or defective area of the product. The best images are taken on a flat surface, clearly showing labels and defects.
