When will my order arrive?

We start creating your reborn doll after you place your order to ensure every detail is perfect.

• Painting time: 10-15 days
• Delivery time: Approximately 15 days after shipping

You will receive an email with tracking information after shipping. Delivery companies typically include FedEx, Yun Express, or DHL. Tracking numbers will be available once your reborn doll has arrived in your country.

Christmas season: Due to high demand, please expect shipping to take up to 30 days after your order during the Christmas period. We apologize for any inconvenience and will notify you as soon as there are updates.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

The dolls on our website fall into two main categories: vinyl dolls and silicone dolls. Some vinyl dolls have cloth bodies, but most of their parts are made of vinyl. Prices vary due to differences in material and size.

• Cloth body dolls/Vinyl dolls:

  • 12 inches (30 cm) dolls start at $39.9
  • 17, 20, 22 inches (43-55 cm) dolls start at $69.9
  • Larger, heavier dolls, resembling real newborns, are priced higher.

• Silicone dolls:

  • 6 inches (15 cm) start at $50-$60
  • 12 inches (31 cm) range from $110-$180
  • 18 inches (45 cm) priced at $380

Payment and Account Options

Why is My Doll Turning Black/Blue?

The vinyl material used for the doll is luxurious but can absorb color from dark fabrics. To avoid this, please ensure all garments not supplied with the doll are pre-washed. For dolls with lighter skin tones, avoid dark clothing to prevent dye transfer.

Can I Order a Reborn Doll Based on a Photo?

Yes, we can create a custom reborn doll based on a photo you provide. However, this service starts at $2000. Please email us if you are interested.

Does the Reborn Doll Have Movable Parts?

Yes, the arms and legs of our reborn dolls can be moved up and down.

Can the Reborn Doll Take a Bath?

Only dolls with a full silicone body can be safely immersed in water. Cloth body dolls cannot be submerged.

Why Does the Doll Have a Smell?

The scent comes from the non-toxic, eco-friendly vinyl material. The smell is harmless and will fade over time.
